"The Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing is a series of
conferences designed to bring the research and career interests of
women in computing to the forefront.
Presenters are leaders in their respective fields, representing industrial,
academic and government communities. Leading researchers present
their current work, while special sessions focus on the role of
women in today's technology fields, including computer science,
information technology, research and engineering."

It is the perfect
opportunity for researchers (students or non-students) to informally
present their projects to conference attendees and receive feedback
from experts in their fields.
Students may opt to have their poster also considered for the ACM
Student Research Competition , which offers
an award and a cash prize to GHC finalists.
All selected poster presenters will receive a complimentary registration
for GHC 18.
